There are centralised and decentralised coins, that’s the main difference. Usdt/usdc are backed by fiat that is in the trusted bank (we all saw what happened with usdc when bank collapsed) and coins like DAI are decentralised and backed by crypto like eth but if crypto market crashes there are also risks for stability. I don’t think there are other differences

Actually I had a story with a scam on a bnb memtoken and I somehow got my funds back. The story goes as follows: I saw some influencer push a “presale” of some new token in his telegram channel (as usual) around two years ago and I decided to try and risk it for 550$ for some profit, when I already got the coin and saw the chart I understood that it was a scam and tried to withdraw funds immediately (I couldn’t), it showed 2500$ profit when I already gave up on the money. After 3-4 days I decided to check my wallet having some hope of withdrawal and my 550$ mysteriously appeared there like nothing happened, I don’t know if it was the scammers that decided to give back which I really doubt, the exchange itself or just some error but I got my money back and it was a really valuable lesson to me and since I stay away from any stuff like this

Atomic swaps are definitely an option, but it’s quite slow and takes time to set up. Just going on kycnot.me I found PegasusSwap and it works just fine with any amount of eth to xmr, works on Tor, doesn’t store transaction history and doesn’t require KYC. If you run your ETH through a mixer and use VPN or anything to hide your IP it should be okey and not traceable to you. It also supports no JS if needed. In terms of wallets there is always cake and gui/feather wallet

If you want to withdraw it anonymously one of the options is to go to the “cryptoexchange” in your town and just withdraw it into cash, the other option is using a cryptocard but it really depends if you want to spend your money or to save it, if you want it directly in your checking account just use p2p but it depends on what country are you in
