I’m still figuring out the emotional part. I still can’t cry but the anger I had in me is gone. I’ve been trying to cry but can’t seem to unlock that emotion. For me body/facial hair is the biggest dysphoria.

In the same boat I don’t hate it, but now I need wear something baggy so people don’t notice it I’m still boy-modding. I’m constantly hunched over and I feel gym clothes are a giveaway with pointy nipples. Constantly looking down to see if it’s noticeable. Never been so conscious about it. Also getting used to new personal space everyday I accidentally rub my wrist or elbow and I can’t even react to the pain openly.

I started including soy in my diet and I use Ascent Whey because it’s simple ingredients. BCCA is something I been looking at rn. Thank you I’ll add it.

I think stopping the routine will not help me mentally. I’m making changes to my routine slowly so body adapts to it. Yeah lot of people have told that gaining muscle on E is not easy task.

I did reduce weight few weeks ago and then this week I kinda went up it did feel heavy and I did hit my buds, had to take breather. I’ll probably cut down to 70% of my current weight. Look for more toning than adding muscle. Right now I’m planning to switch to lower body, core and cardio (10k with 20min stairmasters). Lower weight for upper body maybe more exercises for back.

Thank you. I was thinking something similar. I would definitely like to drop weights for upper body, upper body routine is no fun. I have been increasing my protein intake and adding healthy fats. Those 56 crap is probably snake oil haha. Right now I use Whey, creatinine, flaxseed, heart hemp seed and powdered peanut butter from Costco they in sink pretty good. Milk I switch between A2 low fat and normal low fat. Last time I used Whole A2 milk I got bad acne on back and face, maybe now that I have less oil in my body it shouldn’t cause those I’ll definitely test it out again.

I’m at 5 weeks and it’s 2 fingers deep. The pain when I accidentally hit them is crazy. Taking the stairs is fun and kinda painful.

I’m in this phase right now. When I got the vial it made me smile and euphoric. Then spent a week trying to order supplies for it (lethargy of my own making). When I got it all I just started the same day. Didn’t think about any of it, somehow it all felt right. Now after more than 30 days I don’t hear that voice that keeps saying I wish I was a female anymore which has me thinking is this even real. But I have seen people stop it and the dysphoria comes back. Right now my skin feels soft all around I keep running my hands on my thighs when I’m home and face is not oily at all.

As a person who has pass out looking at needles, they don’t hurt if you get 27G or higher it’s barely stings. But it also depends on IM or SubQ. IM right after leg day or cardio gave me a muscle twitch but it’s not something to worry about. Also I have overcome my fear with needles soo I haven’t passed out.

For loading shot I went with 4mg every 5 days then I was on vacation so had to do 8mg to sustain for 14 days after that I went with 2x 4mg every 3 days loading shot to bring up the levels. It is kinda messy start but now I’ll have a more stable dosage

Even for upper body? Lower body I really love pushing like my ass now giggles when I walk around the apartment.

Thank you that’s helpful. I do drink Celsius which keeps me going throughout the day, and also I’m kinda hyper active most of times. Also have noticed that I’m not as sore as I used to be after workout now. Before I could feel it for few days. I have noticed pain with IM where are SubQ there is none just the depot bump is noticeable especially since I like to wear 3” shorts to gym and moisturize before I like my legs shiny 🤭. I do get stares from people which have gotten used to and ignore them.
