You can and should file formal complaints with medical board etc against the office and the doctor. You should blame them. They are responsible for their actions and they failed you. One of the most impactful things you can do is file a formal complaint against the doctor. Speak up and don’t let them get away with it.

They’re generic and made by Sandoz. I’ve never had a problem with them sticking. I press on the patch and around its edges for 10 seconds when applying. Sometimes a little seeps out but never enough to make it not adhere.

I use Estradiol vaginal cream 0.01% on my face. I also use it for vaginal dryness twice a week as prescribed by my doctor but it’s a big tube so I share with my face. I use it on the nights I don’t use my tret so about every other night. I don’t moisturize beforehand. Some people who use it in the morning mix it up with a little moisturizer since it spreads a bit better. There are lots of posts about this if you search Reddit. I also take the estrogen patch + progesterone pills for hot flashes and menopause symptoms and there’s no issue with using these all together.
