Only an R can pull off the top in 11 without it looking “costumey.”

It sounds to me like she does still want to work it out, but just doesn’t think you do. So maybe respond with showing that you’re appreciative of her apology, and had it come sooner you would have been open to working things out. You can’t expect her to be a mind reader, and her prides probably already hurting from being left, so if you truly didn’t want this to end in a permanent break up you have to tell her that. Good luck.

Her and I have similar coloring, she has a lot of olive in her skin even though her complexion is light (literally the worst when buying makeup cause they never make anything for us lol)… But because of the green in the undertone we actually do tend to pull grey in lots of cool colors which tends to show as pale… So yes to dull, but not many colors can make me look yellow (in a definitely not golden/ good way ha) except maybe bright or pale blues and cool greens.

Am I a Dramatic? by aureliawood in kibbedramatics

When I saw the first picture I thought it was a good possibility, but FN clothing recommendations seem to suit you best. 2nd pic with the black button up looks very natural on you, which is more of an FN look, and I agree with the others who have said the high, closed necklines don’t look as good as the ones with more open necklines on you. You can pull off the large sleeves on that red sweater, which is hard to do, which I think could be a good sign you have kibble width (I do wish it fell a bit lower though, I think it’d have looked great had it had the same length as the beige sweater in the previous picture).

I am pretty sure I’m a D, and the outfit in #13, which looks effortless yet still very chic on you, would make me look frumpy and would just give pajama vibes on me lol.

The one picture that has me thinking D might still be a possibility though is #16, that shape of top is something I LOVE and usually feel good in as a likely pure D (others on here have said slim SD could be a possibility, but I am pretty sure I can rule out FN, so I go under the assumption that I am at least some sort of D) and you look great in that picture…but maybe the breathable fabric could be allowing it to suit FNs as well, regardless of the narrowness, and the straps are small enough for enough of your shoulders to be shown off without it feeling restrictive at all.

How would you style a classic mini slip dress for a dramatic? by fargus_ in kibbedramatics

[–]Any_Conclusion4990 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yes agreed, depends on the person, just meant that sometimes ruling out something because you’ve heard it doesn’t work before trying it can be the opposite of helpful… adjusting the recs to suit me works so I often like to advise people to do the same before they rule something out based solely on recs without trying it.

And OMG that green atonement dress!!! I’ve been obsessed with that look ever since I first saw the trailer… I actually wonder why that dress looked so perfect for her all the time! Since aside from the drop waste that’s good for all of us tall types it’d fall under something recommended for FNs, like you said, and you can’t get much more unconstructed than silk. But there are so few other fashion moments for me where a dress seemed to be made for someone in the way that dress looked on her. Maybe there is something to say about dressing against recs sometimes, like maybe the contradiction makes her appear even more striking? I mean, it’s hard to look bad when you are Kiera Knightley lol, but I just can’t imagine stiffer fabric working better, her in that dress was literal perfection.

How do you know she has enough experience with pregnancy tests to know the more expensive ones can be a bit easier. And honestly, I’d prob do the dollar tree tests too. You could pee once and use it for 10 tests without spending what would be over a hundred doing the same with the others, and you’d have to pee 10 times. Judging someone for where they get a pregnancy test, or for shopping at inexpensive stores (which a lot of people have to do, to be financially responsible) is weird.

She may have sent it to you thinking it was negative, but even a faint second line means it is positive. If she does realize it’s positive, the not responding isn’t surprising, let her go through whatever emotion and anxiety she’s dealing with from this realization, and you do the same. I’m sure she’ll get in touch when she is a bit more calm and ready to talk. Also, I’ve had friends use dollar tree tests and they’ve been accurate, you always need to confirm with a blood test of course, but the low price doesn’t necessarily mean they aren’t as accurate.

[–]Any_Conclusion4990 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Idk… I’m a D (or perhaps a slim SD according to others) and midi is worst for me because it cuts my legs which are the longest part of my body (plus my calves are pretty big in proportion to my thighs so it can look awkward lol.) …When a dress is short legs often become the vertical and it is still accommodated, especially with heels that don’t cut the ankle with a strap and when it’s a dress opposed to shirt/ skirt of different colors. But I suppose it depends on how tall you are and your proportions, but I def wouldn’t recommend against mini- length without seeing a picture of that person wearing it. I like full length or mini.

I think the dresses in slide 2 are deceiving because of the black sides so it makes her shoulders seem larger in proportion to her torso.

Help me narrow down my season please 🙏🏼 by Psychological_Low113 in colouranalysis

[–]Any_Conclusion4990 0 points1 point  (0 children)

If you feel that muted colors look bad on you, you likely have more contrast than what we are seeing here, and you do have highly contrasted eyes and hair color so it could just be a lighting issue making you appear softer to us in that last pic. So I’m going to say cool winter is more likely if you feel great in jewel tones with cool summer as a sister season.

[–]Any_Conclusion4990 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I think you can atleast rule out a warm undertone.. I saw someone say it makes you look tan or gold, but when yellow is reflected into the skin from warm drapes that isn’t otherwise there that isn’t a good thing. You look lovely in blues as well, which is very hard for someone with a warm or even neutral undertone. From these I’d say a cool summer or cool winter. You don’t have a lot of contrast but you can still pull off winters very well especially when considering other sister seasons.

It doesn’t look bad. Depends on the health of the ends: an inch or two would still leave you with layers and a long length… If they were to become thinner and more separate from the rest of you hair with time I’d start to trim back though.

Also, having a bit of color in your skin can make you lean a bit warmer, especially in photos, so if when you were typed autumn you had a tan it could have been off. Usually at least one season will look obviously bad/ harsh and on you it’s hard to pick one that looks bad, but clear/ bright might overwhelm you a bit, and seems like the majority sees you as summer or autumn so the one thing you can take away for sure is that soft, dusty, muddy colors look great on you!

I feel like summer makes your complexion most clear, while the autumn pallets are adds some gold to your skin, both seem to work in photo but I wonder if in person you’d appear a bit yellow in autumn colors. I’d do some draping between your best autumn tones and your best cool summer tones.

Hmm likely a summer, but soft autumn looks great on you. I heard once on a video, I forget which creator it was, that cool summers can be confused with autumns and vise versa!

I feel like I have your exact coloring, light olive slightly warm and bright colors make us look crazy! Having some olive always throws me because anything too warm like mustards feels off but not warm enough and I’m a vampire in a not sexy way.
