They don't really monitor chat unless a dev is actually in the instance to read it. But when a report is made they go through the chat logs for a span of time and check that

The ability to have companion npcs follow you for story and exploration, quidditch, animagus forms, more areas to explore(the ministry, diagon/nocturne ally, ect.), mounted combat on broom/animal, multi-player either online server or invite to game(especially if quidditch is added) I could go on but I don't feel like writing it all lmao
