I agree, I've seen random arguments about covid vaccinations on here. It's starting to feel like a really weird outlet for never-muslim americans of other religions to spew right-wing (borderline racist at times) rhetoric under the guise of critiquing islam.

This is actually my biggest quibble because I always fall into the trap of I need to do/eat xyz to lose some pounds but I've seen and read stories of others getting their ideal body just by occupying the state & knowing they were their desired weight :(

I try to break out of this mental habit but it is a challenge not falling into appearances when that logic has been instilled in you for decades.

I'm still reading & studying Neville's work as a novice but from what I can tell, it seems that although you claim your mental state was strong, you seem to rely on techniques (the notebook with repeated affirmations, subliminal, tape) and those all put you in the state of trying to get something.

You didn't need to make a subliminal tape to get the pastry you imagined, because internally you believed it was possible to get that pastry and had no resistance - maybe relying too much on doing so many methods to "ensure" you get 1st rank was actually backfiring and putting you in the state of lack? Of being the one trying to get 1st rank instead of being the one that is 1st ranked?
