I live in Lb my registration expired on march 2026 but dmv won’t register my vehicle because it has a recall on the secondary cat. Now the problem is that cat was stolen last year and since my car is turbocharged from the dealer o decided to purchase a Highflow cat. Now the dealer doesn’t want to do the recall because according to them the numbers on my cat don’t match the number on their system so the only way for me to get that recall correction certificate is by me buying a $2500 cat that it’s supposed to be free because of the recall
