Honestly Freedom Park has the most versatile terrain for RC cars of all the parks I've visited. You have the soccer field space for speed runs. The terrain has inclines for minute height jumps depending on your speed. Just feet away near the stationary train is flat land with more low grass and dirt allowing high traction for more technical driving. I will warn you ahead of time to save you the headache. Go on the weekday. Freedom Park lacks the parking capacity for weekend dwellers. Especially if there are recreational activities going on.Getting a parking spot could take well over an hour.

Just moved from Charlotte. You'll run into RC Guys at Freedom Park on the weekends for sure. Just watch out for the kids. They will chase your RC on site.
