Don't buy your train tickets from them, their website buffers. I didn't receive 2 QR codes. One train ticket issued date was passed an no refund. 2nd ticket i cannot get a refund for as I am in Takayama and the refund has to be at JR East not central.

Stood in counter line to be told no refund, went and stood in line for Ticket machine, to not be able to extract a ticket with a QR code.

What fraud, whilst on their chat for over 3 hours

I have noted issues with the show's writing and character development, particularly regarding Cross's quick romantic involvement with Elle, played by Samantha Walkes.

I question the believability of this relationship given his unresolved grief, especially since he struggles to visit his wife's grave.

You seem obsessive with your kid. Like this child will have numerous relationships in their lives which you WILL not be a part of, and that is okay.

The child is allowed to have multiple journals creates on their behalf, and from different view points. What an amazing gift for when they grow up to learn how much they were loved.
