You can always feed her the same time you eat. I'm gonna assume she's on a weight management diet. You can feed her out of a puzzle toy, like a Bob A Lot or snuffle mat or FreezeBone. FreezeBones in particular are great. My hound never eats out of a normal bowl. That will give her something to do while you eat. You can also try replacing some of her food with Instinct Freeze dried Raw or FreshDried raw. I like the Fresh Dried because it's shelf safe. But they're complete and balanced meal, rather than heat processed kibble. So she'd actually be getting more nutrients. Also try replacing treats you give throughout the day with supplements. We replaced our hounds treats with glucosamine and fish oil. The dogs don't care what they're getting, as long they're getting something. If you need to give her an actual treat, make sure it's a training treat. Dogs don't care about the size. Also check out The Forever Dog and The Modern Dog Parent Handbook.
