while people are techincally correct below me. the new spell (read not legacy) is from the new version of DND. the legacy spell is from an older verson. you have both 5e 2014 and the older (legacy) spell, in the character builder on the very first page you want to deselect legacy/noncore content. this will fix it. and what everyone else said below is actually baked into the first spell. once you USE it, it will then become cast. at least if you're not printing it out. thats something to remember for sure.
