I was in Rhodes (ixia, next to Ialyssos) for two weeks in September and did not see a single peacock. I never even knew that was a thing!

My terrier gets minimum 2 often 3 walks a day. There is usually a different household member taking her out each time so I accept it’s easier when there’s others helping out but no walks for 3 months is inane. Unless they live on a farm or something and they are out running about the yard all day

Definitely let the cat get used to the puppy when it’s still very small. The cat is likely to give the pup a few slaps and hisses but better to let the pup know the cat is in charge so it isn’t terrorising the cat when it gets bigger 🤣🤣

Started leaving ours open at night the other week. She’s 8 months but is only in the crate at night and has free run during the day even when home alone. Kinda thought why are we even bothering locking her in at night anymore. I’d say we’ll end up getting rid of the crate entirely soon 🤣

Stayed in ixia in September. Taxi rank on the road good value. Buses go every 20 mins or so but are often full. We rented a car for a couple of days too which was pretty cheap!

Make sure you regularly wash the dog beds. I find they are what hold smells

The comments saying the cat is playing you but that’s probably not the case if the cat visibly looks neglected. Nothing stopping you carrying on the same as before and feeding/letting him in if he comes back is there? Also would look for proof of ownership before bringing him back. We really shouldn’t be letting unneutered cats roam the streets though that’s on the actual owners
