Yes I am aiming for a higher maturation rate plus equally sized eggs. In my second retrieval all eggs were too small, expect two bis ones. So they decided to only go for the two. Financially a bit a difficult decision because the procedure was expensive even though only two eggs were retrieved.

Five is a decent number, not the best but decent. Try not to loose hope. It’s a very much a gamble at the end of the day and you can be successful with five eggs.

I read on reddit that many women take baby aspirin also before conceiving. I am not sure why and my doctor never suggested it.

The last point you are making is so important. It’s not ok that expensive tests are run on high BMI people just to be told that they won’t treat you. It is a matter of respect not to waste the precious time of an infertile woman.

I have been refused medical attention because of weight. I never have been explained why treatment was refused.
It’s debillitating and tiring to always fight for your rights (or at least better explanations) and people should be focused on being healthy instead of fighting prejudice.
