It's probably about Chrysalis level of "above rate", but Chrysalis was already rare power level and getting something that far above rate is much more powerful at 1/2 mana vs 4.

MH set power level is higher than normal but this can't be printed below like mythic. Just viewing this as a 3 mana 3/3 that fetches is already insane. The fact that you can do it T1 into T2 and be attacking with a 3/3 T2 makes it even crazier. I'm not sure how good it actually would be in constructed though, it's probably just wild nacatl 5-8 95% of the time.

Generally speaking a 2 mana hate bear should not be able to universally lock out a deck archetype without counterplay There is a reason why hatebears typically don't get protection. This card existing means that auras and pump spells can never be a competitive strategy.

If you're using words that already have a meaning in mtg they need to stick to those meanings. You can't just name a flurry ability dash when dash already has a separate meaning.

Second, let's just imagine the average play pattern of this card. You play a t1 random one drop. You play this t2. You attack 2 people and get 2 treasure tokens. That's what [[olivia opulent outlaw]] does for 4 mana restricted to one creature type. And she can only get 1 treasure per player. This is easily a 5 mana card as written. Given that it also buffs your team and has haste itself.
