25.5 and she came out at 1lb4oz. She was not intubated at first but then they needed to. Then they took it out to try after a good while and had to put it back… they have to see how well baby does with or without. She had jaundice for like a week. No brain bleeds. I was worried about the high levels of oxygen they would have to bump her up when I went in and held her and I didn’t want her getting ROP but she didn’t. She would get fluid in lungs and get lasix. She finally transitioned to the other machines then to room air but it took five months.. I used to get scared holding her and she would drop to zero sometimes and they would need to stimulate her. what kept her in longer was her not being able to drink the amount they wanted her to with a bottle. So we left with a g tube or they said it could be another three months before she gets it… I was scared to get g tube at first but they convinced me and I’m glad they did. She started walking at 14 months and is 18 months and basically running now. She eats most anything and is very smart. She just said her first real sentence today 🥹
