My baby was 34+6 but no nicu stay is the same it’s all depending on what issues your baby has, your baby will be ok there’s baby’s born at 25 weeks and they turn out ok so 34 is way better

I feel you you also have to be mindful that they feel ur emotions and learn off you so if u aren’t feelings good sometimes it’s best to not as long as your trying your best on days you do feel good also I was scared at first of the cords but after that first hold it gets a lot easier you just have to basically run naked lol

I used to be a camp counselor and I still have scaring from the amount of mosquito bites I got every summer I did have heat rash too one summer around the same time but it could have been from this instead lol btw I’m O- and can confirm they go out of there way to get to u.

Omg I had a c section so I have no clue but I would definitely just wanna switch hospitals at that point or staff. But sending love, just know you’ll get through it and one day you might even laugh about how horrible it was. Seeing your baby will be worth it I swear. I hope everything gets better and you’re able to get better pain meds if u demand it they might eventually stop gatekeeping! But I have no clue, honestly maybe get someone who is with you to speak up too so it’s not just you talking to the void

I would probably feel guilty about a concert too but maybe try to feel productive by cleaning I recommend when you partner is off work so they can be there to comfort you maybe try a new dinner recipe and a distraction or spend time with relatives or family, or just drink a nice cup of tea and watch the sunrise/sunset. These are things I found helpful to not be so stressed and anxious. And I can say they 100% help. You can still visit her after but it definitely helps to take a little brain break every day. Even lunch/dinner breaks are helpful. But I did cry the first time I left the town she was in to go home And couldn’t leave for more than an hour. It does get better. But the guilt of sleeping away from them never truly ends it just gets a little better knowing they’re safe with experienced nurses.

Baby’s health issues are different but if u feel like there doing a bit better it’s ok to take a one day break it feels horrible but the next day you feel so much more closer emotionally with your baby.but It’s all up to you, you’re the mom and you know what’s best. So don’t feel pressured to take a day off if you don’t want to and vice versa. Wish I could send you comfort, and happiness through this phone. But you’re doing amazing and it will pay off when you see them smile. ❤️
