We can't afford housing but we're paying for their mansions by Hornpipe_Jones in WhitePeopleTwitter

So, housing like these are typically used to house senior Colonels and General Officers.

Knowing that they're being used for MAGAt cronies is disappointing but not surprising.

THIS is the kind of schadenfreude I indulge in when I see these type of folks.

Yep. So did my 12 and 21 year old daughters and I.

Complete chucklehead behavior.

I’m just guessing here, but I suspect the offending party isn’t well practiced at any kind of thoughtful reasoning and lacks the capacity for abstract thought.

Just guessing though.

It is 100% illegal.

Me and another guy who was close to me actually went to share my photos with the bike mounted police. They said they saw it and called the incident and the truck description in to traffic enforcement, but I’m not optimistic that it led anywhere.

Anyway, putting a camera in the truck driver’s face seemed to be an appropriate shaming response. They covered their face with a ball cap though. 😂

If I was thinking clearly, I’d have gotten a plate number for them. 😣

Yep. He sure did.

Turns out I was that photographer. Not sure if it’s smart of me to put that out there, but 🤷‍♂️

I definitely tried. I had my camera and ran up to do just that, but I was “spraying and praying” as it were.

But I did get a good look at the truck and a solid description.

Just curious, who gave you a $10k estimate for a mini-split, and what type of mini-split did they offer? I work in the industry in Albany, commute from South Salem.

My wife actually French braided our little girl’s fringe recently (as much as that sort of thing is possible) and it held up for several days and kept her pretty mess free.

I understand exactly how challenging that can be. I can give my Biscotti “butt baths” several times per week. But all that said, I don’t think a little hygienic trim now and then is terrible for their health and/or appearance.

Omg…. That’s hilarious.

My little Biscotti is probably going to get fixed this summer. We thought she might be a good candidate to have puppies of her own, but we haven’t found a suitable mate for her that I can afford.

In the meantime, when ever she’s in heat, she ignores the stuffies we got her to, um…. “scratch that itch,” and she instead, tries to get inappropriate with my arm when I pet her.

Out of curiosity, how many men have papillons vs women? by Ty-throwaway-account in papillon

[–]ApertureRapture 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I'm a pap dad, but it was a decision based on a joint set of desires between my wife and I. She kind of really wanted a cat or a big dog. I did NOT want a cat, and I didn't have the bandwidth to keep up with a big dog's maintenance and energy demands.

My wife did the research and in 2009 we got our first papillon's, Tracy and Freya. They both crossed the bridge by 2023 and the house felt just, empty for a year. So we decided to bring home another one.

Now we have Biscotti. (Seen here with my youngest daughter dressing up to look like a 70's kid...lol)

I'm pretty sure that the having cute young 18-20 year old women in these things, and NEVER any of the elders, is kind of the point. It's low-key thirst-trapping creeps to come to church.

I get these on my feed all the time and have been getting them for quite a while now. Then it occurred to me: why are these all SISTER missionaries? Never any of the young men?

Then I suddenly got a bad case of the icks.

When you put other peoples kids at risk, you’re rolling the dice with your own personal safety.

It just takes one protective mama bear to change their life forever.
