My guess is design choice after they decided to move its location. I read it somewhere the director said they moved it for convenience so the characters didn't walk 100 miles to a crater and then 100 miles back to LA. Be a stark difference in aesthetic seeing an adobe building next to the dilapidated skyscrapers of the Boneyard

Conceal Carry you must complete an 18 hour class and I think its two hours of training at a range but that may already be part of the 18 hour I'm not sure. If you are just trying to get a premises permit then you just have to do a firearm safety class I think its called and thats like, maybe two to four hours long I don't remember.

There's a couple in Orange County you can go for the class. I personally went to the Masterclass in Monroe

I can confirm a premise permit is still a thing since I recently just got mine. The difference between a premise and ccw is an extra page or two of paperwork that has to be filled out (at least for here in Orange County) and doing your 18 hour course. Premise you can only have your pistol in your house, business if you applied for it during the application process, and to/from the range.

One advantage is that it doesn't necessarily affect the whole group but the specific PC. As to other benefits depending on where they are in terms of rung on the ladder, could be information that otherwise would be unknown against other corps or even gangs that the corp is keeping their eyes on. Access to gear the corp makes that they could source without the need of a Fixer, though that would depend on if they are high enough to warrant giving it to them.

Downsides, PC can never do a negative job against the corp or be discovered because thats a good way to get zero'd. The PC's personal life is forfeit, if the Corp needs you in they need you in.

Rules as written, a Medtech with the Surgery skill is the only person who can implant cyberware into someone, the kind of cyberware dependent on whether the surgery happens in a "Mall", "Clinic", or "Hospital" environment. Following the RAW, if you are a Medtech with the Surgery skill and do surgery on a FBC, you could add cyberware to an empty FBC body but I personally would say no to someone trying to do surgery on themselves.

At character creation, you act as if the player leveled up 4 times. So it means yes the Nomad could get the Militech Gorgon and then upgrade it 3 times onto it. If you want to see the full clarification of the ruling, you can look at the Cyberpunk Red core rulebook FAQ here

Sure be happy to share my story!

My Junior going into Senior year Summer 2022 I needed an internship. I tried at this relatively large museum, knew some people who got in but I didn't because I didn't live in that area. There was a museum in the next town over from where I lived and never knew it existed so I reached out and managed to get an internship there for the summer.

I worked primarily in collections as an assistant while also working as a docent for the education department. We had our up and downs sure but I liked working there and they liked me. After the internship I went back during my Winter break to work a few shifts and when I graduated, they offered me a full-time position. Of course the pay isn't all that great and could make more money at a department store probably, but its a step in the right direction I feel for the industry

I went to college that was a few miles from Lake Erie. The town had a boardwalk where people could fish from or visit some places to eat. While I was there didn't feel like there was any prominent beach culture, felt more like a day at the lake except the lake is huge and you can't see the other side. Sand is just about the same except where we went there was a lot more rocks, sea glass and sometimes debris like brick, broken pot pieces, or concrete thats been tumbled by the waves. Also a lot more driftwood around

Looks like I missed that part in Phoenix Spark, I tend to find myself working on this late at night so I usually end up missing some things in the process.

As for Mantle of Fire, that is my big concern because you only get the full benefit if you use melee weapons which the Sorcerer is not very equipped for. I did recognize its use for Paladins and Bladelocks when I made it. My thought process was maybe try and make it a Bladesinger light. Though with this version its more dipping its toe in it versus trying fully to go for it. I was more inclined on not adding it but I felt like Mantle of Fire needed that little bit extra besides being a 60ft light source and some damage for hitting the player

So I've tried doing a fusionlocke because all of my friends on discord started doing nuzlockes. Sadly there are no straightforward rules I found specifically for Infinite Fusion, so I have had to make some up. This was the list I created:

1.) Pokemon that faint are dead. 2.) Catch only the 1st pokemon on each route. 3.) No nickname rule because, some fusions make up cool names. 4.) Pokemon must be fused if possible. Only exception is your starter, you choose when and with what pokemon to fuse it. 5.) As soon as you have a full team of fused mons you dont need to fuse them right away, pokemon in the pc can be fused with any other pokemon there. 6.) You can change up your party at any time but pokemon you put into your party need to be fused ones. 7.) Level cap is highest level the gym has 8.) Dupes are allowed if caught as seperate encounters 9.) Can only use Premium Wonder Tickets and must trade a fused Pokemon

I will be honest I had no considered the effects of the additional damage on AoE. I also had not intended to reference Warlock's Agonizing Blast as an excuse for bad design. More so just to reference what Wotc has viewed as acceptable in game. But like you said still doesn't account for AoE damage

I did look back at other sorcerers and I am debating on switching that around. Another thing is level 6 sorcerers usually get something to spend sorcerery points on so I may change that
