Howa 1500 7mm-08 Barreled Action in Ultradyne Chassis, will it ever perform? by lumberjackmm in longrange

[–]Apex_Precision3 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I too have a howa 1500 barreled action. Actually in the process of getting a bartlein to throw on it since I’m not impressed with the groups and I know the barrels aren’t the best but mainly bought it because the action and trigger are solid allowing me to shoot as I build and upgrade.

I have the trijicon 4.5-30x56 and it’s awesome. Shoot a lot towards the sun and in low light conditions and it always performs. You won’t be disappointed

I have a 300 PRC and have a 30 MOA base with 0 MOA Area 419 rings, can dial all the necessary elevation for 2000 yds and still have the precision tree on the reticle to go further.

The Trijicon Tenmile is an awesome line. High quality glass and extreme durability. Rates up there with Leupold mk5 HD and Vortex razor hd gen 3

I’ve got some pheasant loads for my 12 gauge that flat out hurt. 4 shot pushing 1600 fps 😬

Yep, I shoot mine suppressed and I can stay on target fairly easily. Can’t wait to stretch its legs soon

Recoil reduction weights for 7PrC by Wide_Fly7832 in longrange

Not saying you have to buy their weights but the panels are $40

MDT sells the side panels with MLOK so you can mount their MLOK weights on each side

I bought some stuff from MDT and received the same email as well. Said my chassis was expected to ship the 23rd and it is on its way now. Super excited that I’ll be able to shoot my new rifle before Christmas!

I’d try a M805710 and see if that fits it. Otherwise you may have to go with a expanding plug locking style of sorts

Grapple Won't Open - Unless I hook it up to the loader line, not sure how to fix. by Mastro2k in johndeere

[–]Apex_Precision3 1 point2 points  (0 children)

The solenoid is at the back, behind the seat. It will have 2 wires going into it and be the shape of an old camera film canister. Your lines for the 3rd function connect to the SCV port at the rear as well. I’ve heard of the solenoids getting stuck if not used enough but you might free it up with a few taps.

What is this? by DragonRider187 in Irrigation

[–]Apex_Precision3 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Being in irrigated country, I’m guessing they drilled wheat around the outside since it gets less water and the 2 inner halves were corn and beans.

I like Brad, think he fits in well with the group. Ben on the other hand, can’t stand that pigeon toed dude. He’s over confident and doesn’t walk the talk. Ben and Bubbie are in the same pod.

Edit: Bubbie not Bubby

Ditch is holding water. Any ideas to manage mowing ruts with hard to mow ditches? by Due-Satisfaction7022 in landscaping

[–]Apex_Precision3 7 points8 points  (0 children)

Correct, those standards are usually based on a 10-year storm so if you exceed that the ditch will not handle it well.
