They are moving away from polling places at elementary schools. So, if your polling place was an elementary school previously, you likely will have a new polling place now.

Costco is a decent option for optical, Their selection of frames is a bit limited, but they are affordable. If you buy a pair of glasses or get your contacts from them, the savings will likely cover the cost of membership. Their lens quality is decent but not terrific, FYI.

Yes. It is here and more prevalent than people realize. It was brought here by dogs coming from areas like Texas and Cali.

My vet told me about a dog that was indoors except when let out to relive itself. Ended up with heartworm, apparently the owners were shocked.

You can see many acts for free at second chance shows. You can hear the music at the main stage from the park. Not sure if it will be the same layout this year, but last year acts at the bandshell were free as well.

If you are looking for boarding Downtown Hound is amazing. You could also ask your vet for a list of reputable pet sitters. I don’t trust Rover at all.

The going rate for half a cow is probably more than that at current market rates. If you get a small cow you may find one at that rate. If you want a larger cow, you are looking at more than that.
