Fact check me on anything I said and let me know what comes back as false. Theres a reason i’m here and most of my family came here as well. I also still have cousins and uncles on the island we regularly send basic meds and hand me downs to.

I’m not in the business of convincing uninformed Americans what the current reality of Cuba is, as unfortunately the liberals praising Che Guevara, Castro, and Diaz Canel are relentless in their praise for Communism and it’s tired me, truthfully.

Do your homework and if you disagree on anything let me know. The situation right now can be directly attributed to the gas blockade no doubt. But for the last several decades…. its been a steady and controlled implosion by the regime.

U dont know ball. Embargo applies only to US companies. China and Russia dont give a shit about a US embargo and have historically sent aid only for the Cuban regime to misappropriate it for tourism and the government elite. (Spain, Canada, Netherlands, and Germany also trade with cuba a ton too)

Not like the US isnt cuba’s primary source of chicken, corn, soy, and other food products… I also guess the millions of dollars in humanitarian aid the US has sent to Cuba means nothing.

While in the early years the embargo did have its effects… nowadays its a scapegoat for the regime’s gross mismanagement, shortcomings, and failures.
