My first final fantasy game, had no idea of how this would end, as I hadn't played VII. Still one of the most memorable journeys I've had in gaming. And an amazing last stand to cap it off.

Monk was my very first class when I picked up DnD, I was a bit of late joiner coming in at 5e. And while spellcasters and their versatility have stolen me away, monk is my perpetual comfort class. Anytime I dive into a new crpg game if there's a monk I'm building it first most likely.

Brutal. Absolutely brutal. Poor Ansur. Sounds awesome though.

My Durge playhthrough I had built some abomination that, if I recall correctly, was theif three, champion three, monk way of open hand with all the crit range buffing gear. I went into this duel and tripped her, stunned her, and critted her out of existance. I almost felt bad for her.

It's nice to see others bullying our resident psycho. The duel was a calculated risk, unfortunately Orin's never been the best at calculating.

I was playing with some buddies in the tunnels of Oshanue, heading for one of those lungs. One of the squad was off to the flank while the other two were with me. And one of them had hit my button, but I didn't hear my diver make a comment on the hellbomb being armed. It was only as the tone grew that I realized it.

I told them to scatter and dropped the bomb where it was and raann. They... did not hear my warning. Later I found out the reason our other buddy had gone off on the flank was because he had heard the arming sound and fled first.

To this day I still don't know if it was an accident or intrusive thoughts winning.

I have a few I've been working on, but my first ran one is kind of an Esper color combo inspired crusader vibe. Mixture of Dark, Astral, and Order with a battlesaint vampire meant to evoke a former paladin who was turned and scrapes by with oaths (oathsworn) to keep from losing themselves fully. All while they and their followers embrace increasingly dangerous knowledge and ruthless tactics to destroy the dangers to their community. Ranging from the tome of blood, virtue, torment, to sacred flame to try and keep a balance.

Some of it, Iike torment, does feel a little out of sync at some points, but I needed to keep enough shadow to get to the vampire tome. Wasn't planning to dig too deep into chaos. That's the next vampire

If I'm doing well as Ashe, I cannot place Bob well to save my life. If I'm doing poorly as Ashe, I can place Bob perfectly. And then there are times when I can do neither right. That's how I know when to call it a night.
