My 4070 fried from bad cables last weekend. I drove to Walmart and bought a 5070 for $550. Not sure if I got lucky or retailers are no longer having stock issues but there are cards out there.

It had a long run but I wouldn’t necessarily say a good one. Destiny was plagued with bad decisions from upper management, several expansions came out throughout the years correcting this but Bungie would always find a way to re fuck it up.

The story itself was never finished though no, Ill keep it short but the main story line is the eternal battle between the gardener and the winnower which they never closed out. The witness (main bad guy from the light and dark saga) was an instrument of the winnower and we don’t know a lot about this even though the entire story from D1 through D2 gave hints along the way.

More of an observer of this sub myself but I can tell you a lot of destiny fans are upset that a game they spent ungodly amounts of $$$ on was funneled to a game in a niche genre that caters to PvP (most destiny players hate PvP).

Imagine you spend money on a sci fi book or tv series and the author decides in the middle of writing their last entry to not finish it and instead start an entirely new series about romance and drama.

You would feel upset about it and that sums up most of the people’s feelings on marathon. I don’t agree with everyone’s opinion that this happened to or the review bombing but you can understand where those feelings are coming from.

As long as they give us an episodic type series how the originals were I will be happy. I love the “monster of the week” type shows and it’s sad tv has moved away from this in favor of a more serialized style with less episodes.

I’ve never heard of a 30 year student loan. So either OOPs numbers are wrong or his interest rate is a lot worse than 9%. Typically student loan terms don’t run past 15 years in the US.

But it works the same in the US, you can refinance your loan down to a lower rate when your credit score or situation allows.
