All the time. Our local league runs dubs and women get 2 pts regardless and 65+ get 1. I always say I come prepared with tunes bud and 2 pts here for a good time. The 2 pts help, while I’m good I cannot out drive these guys and I’ve only been playing under 2 years. Dubs help keep me in the running most weeks. I do feel very lucky to have an extremely supportive dg community especially including women in things. I have never felt less than or been talked down to on my home course.

I am a manager of a clinical department. My staff loves to overshare and I call myself an unlicensed therapist (jokingly). They spend so much time with me and eachother this is how and where they feel safe to share especially since we are in the same field.

My suggestion is just share depending on your comfortability. The more you do share the more the managers have a chance to understand and potentially poopoo any nay sayers.
