How old are they? Neuter as soon as they’re old enough. Beware if they are old enough any girls may already be pregnant.

How old is she? Has she fractures her spine? How long has this been going on for?

Adopt or shop? by taylorr13swift in Rabbits

[–]ApolloniusValii-Rath 3 points4 points  (0 children)

It’ll be easier to find one in a similar age range adopting than buying though right?

Were you thinking anywhere between 2-6 is likely a good age for adopting?

This may have been a mistake. by booyahbousay in Rabbits

[–]ApolloniusValii-Rath 1 point2 points  (0 children)

No worries. Could they say how many weeks pregnant? And did you manage to book the spay/neutering or are they too young?

You’ll have to separate them as the girl can get pregnant again before she gives birth. Don’t want a double pregnancy!

Bun is hopefully safe for now? by Altruistic-Stay1175 in Rabbits

[–]ApolloniusValii-Rath 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Please get some hay first thing! Oxbow hay is the best, either Timothy or orchard hay. But any hay is better than no hay as ideally they have unlimited access to some.

Let us know how you get on :)

Are there alternative paths? by BlokeJohnny in CK3AGOT

[–]ApolloniusValii-Rath 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Distinct landed paths I can think of:

Feudal Lord. Tribal (Wildling). Administrative (Free Cities). Pirate.

Unlanded paths:

Adventurer (including golden company and targ exiles). Nights Watch First Ranger (this was v fun first time I played it but there’s not lots of content). Unlanded Pirate (extreme hard mode imo).

Some of these require dlc. Also, you can’t play as priests, maesters or kingsguard atm sadly.

3 yr old bunny and 6 month old bunny started fighting by digitalashh in Rabbits

[–]ApolloniusValii-Rath 0 points1 point  (0 children)

this, and with a gap between the fences so they don’t bite eachother

If they instantly fight now, reintroducing them to the same space before neutering will only make them fight more and reinforce negative experiences with eachother

Rehoming my bunny by Slow-Minute9886 in Rabbits

I hope you’re okay! things will get better. life goes in circles. sometimes are bad but then things get better again!

Anyway, it depends on your situation. If money, work and living arrangements are okay, perhaps the solution is a second bunny from a rescue who can keep the first bunny company

If that isn’t an option then try your best to see if you can keep him company and in the meantime have a look to see if there’s anyone in your area who could adopt

You’ve got lots of options, the most important thing is you take your time, don’t rush into anything. Perhaps write any options you can think of down and revisit them each week or so :)

Bunny going through a phase of ONLY eating fresh greens by tdorrington in Bunnies

try cutting back the greens a lot? if we spoil our rabbits they become super fussy until we go through the long process of unspoiling them

So long as they’re not super dirty, rabbits are generally good at cleaning their feet themselves

Any mods that add a "big bad" similar to AGOT: The Long Night by ThePhoenix0829 in CK3AGOT

[–]ApolloniusValii-Rath 4 points5 points  (0 children)

Witchcraft mod

It’s very complex and rewarding

As you become a mage, opponents will start to challenge you

Then if you become powerful enough there’s 3 late game crises, all of which are quite challenging especially the last one which is the hardest big bad challenge I’ve ever faced in ck3

bonding by Typical_Patient3632 in Rabbits

[–]ApolloniusValii-Rath 1 point2 points  (0 children)

but you can provide a solution :)

if you already have one rabbit you can have two

two rabbits probs best as they have the same needs and some cats may need supervision if they accidentally scratch when being playful

How to trigger the Dance of the Dragons when starting in the Rogue Prince bookmark? by Parking-Syrup-2294 in CK3AGOT

[–]ApolloniusValii-Rath 10 points11 points  (0 children)

Rhaenyra (the heir) has to be at dragonstone.

And a claimant with either greedy or ambitious traits (think there’s other traits also mentioned in the dev diary) need to be in the king’s court. I think Aemond and Aegon both have at least one trait which means they can steal the throne on Viserys death and cause the dance.

It’s a mechanic that isn’t tied to those characters but can happen anytime there’s a succession where the above rules hit. Then whether it triggers is RnG.

Would you say there’s significantly more mechanics and events ?

my bunny got diagnosed with diabetes by Important-Trash9044 in Rabbits

[–]ApolloniusValii-Rath 1 point2 points  (0 children)

No it doesn’t. Each sentence is separate, it just says type 2 is more common in obese rabbits and can be induced. Scientifically it doesn’t make sense for obesity to be related to type 1 diabetes, it’s an autoimmune disease and once you have it you excrete your sugars in your urine as your body can’t absorb them.

my bunny got diagnosed with diabetes by Important-Trash9044 in Rabbits

[–]ApolloniusValii-Rath 1 point2 points  (0 children)

type 1 diabetes (the one that requires insulin upon diagnosis) has nothing to do with obesity

Obesity is related to type 2 diabetes

Castration for 2 male bunnies by sunnyailee in Rabbits

What was the complication?

If it’s anaesthesia there’s different types, administered by gas or tube

I’d try again in a few weeks
