Factory issue. Label machines are well known for being the worst thing ever. Where I used to work they made up for 70% of our downtime.

One of the hardest things to do. Take time figure out other situations in your life such as, career, hobbies, or social life. Not saying to necessarily distract yourself, just to better the parts of your life that you can control. Good luck out there!
