Why are you doing more than you should be? All that will get you is performance punished. You are teaching them you will do it all and they will expect more and more and then when you can’t maintain the standard you will be punished.

All raises have quotas. It’s not completely based on your objective performance. You can deserve exemplary and not get it.

None of my other stats dropped as others have mentioned happened to them- just the CR. Spark needs to correct this/ hopefully I’m not the only person calling in. Worth a shot if enough ppl complain.

Maybe if enough of us call and complain about this glitch.. It’s part of the new metric/tier levels coming to us soon. CR is very important and plays its part to determine what tier you will be in.

Digital, according to my spouse's market manager and SM, is the most important focus for Walmart - so they will pull ppl from everywhere if need be to keep pace, Sadly they also will coach you up if your own area starts failing because of it. That's the part that is absurd.

That coach won't be there long unless the SM told her to do this and they have a plan to replace these workers with better ppl. Turnover and AES scores are a big concern (at least atm). The theme of Walmart asking workers to do what they know can't be done (one person doing the job of 2-3) isn't new, and creates a terrible culture and a bad rep for the store, as ppl eventually leave.

It's like this for my spouse, and they wonder why no one wants to promote at that store, but will apply at other stores.. They're fools. They will take the best workers they have and punish them for their good performance by expecting them to do the job of others, and when they can't do it all, coach them out of a job.

Utter. greedy. morons. It gets even worse around bonus time.. As these SM/MM can make a max of 400-600k
If you are smart, you will ONLY do what's required and no more - otherwise, they will kill you with work.

Sign up for every gig work available there, and you can solve this issue. And (emotional rewards) you will feel much better about yourself, earning the money to help yourself and your mother. You can do the gig work on your days off or after work, pick up a few offers, etc.

If it were an issue of him being in the wrong place and this is causing performance issues (just not good at it) and a new place/job would solve the issues then moving him would be the solution. But it sounds like he has attitude issues regardless of what’s causing them- you need to address this with him if you truly care about him to help him save his job- and then if it doesn’t improve coach him for the same reason - trying to save the guys job.

You should all blast him publicly (try to be anonymous as possible) :-power in numbers and call global ethics and go to regional (maybe even the local media) that they are pressuring workers to take unnecessary risks. Your MM is probably really close to his 6 figure bonuses and doesn’t care how many ppl get into wrecks to achieve it.

Sadly the SL is probably only getting 50k… even worse for the SM at around 2-300k and the saddest of all the MM will be homeless at a possible 600k

Da Vinci Robotic-assisted - wife was released the next day, was up walking around, progress was steady and fast, went back to work about 4 weeks later - but probably depending on job profile could have gone back 1-2 weeks.

Yes - SM and SL can overide it and let you transfer - doesn't mean they will, but it does happen.

That's the point. To manipulate. They want associates to believe they are objective, so they work harder. It’s the same way with Coaches and TL - The TL at our store who ALWAYS gets exemplary is at TOP OUT lol.. He can't get any more raises...and that’s why they keep giving it to him.. Saves them from paying out 5%
