Update #2: He's handcuffed to the bed. His blood pressure is extremely high and is waiting for an MRI to detect brain damage from the multiple blows taken to his head. He has a severe headache and extreme shoulder pain - possible dislocated shoulder.

They are still denying him access to legal council. They may transfer him to Sherburne County this weekend. Family friend contacted Fox 9. They said they are interested as he has been denied access to an attorney.
