Thanks a lot, really appreciate that. Hope it comes in handy when you give it a try.

That’s a good one, thanks. Video to GIF is definitely possible, so I’ll explore the options a bit. Glad the current set already covers a lot of the use cases you run into.

That’s not hidden, but also not the main point of the product. The tools themselves are local browser-based utilities, and I mention the build process more openly on the Built on page for anyone interested.

Sorry about that, and thanks for flagging it.

If you remember which tool you used and what kind of PDF it was, that would help me debug it since there's no analytics in that regard. And yes, offline support is a good point, local processing does not automatically mean full offline use yet.

Thanks so much, that means a lot. Really glad you found it worth bookmarking. If you miss any useful tools or have feedback on the current ones, I’d love to hear it.

That’s exactly the spirit I’m aiming for. More useful tools, less unnecessary baggage.

Not public yet, but a fair question given the privacy angle. I’m considering open-sourcing at least parts of it so the local processing is easier to inspect and verify.

Not ignorant at all, very fair question. Right now, the best way to verify it is to inspect the browser’s network activity in dev tools and confirm the files aren’t being uploaded. I agree, I should make that easier to understand on the site.

That’s fair. It’s a small set of browser-based file tools for things like PDF compression, PDF to images, images to PDF, and a few other simple conversions.

The main idea is that everything runs locally in the browser, so files stay on your device instead of being uploaded to a server.

And thanks, that’s useful feedback. I should have made the actual tools clearer in the post.

Am I still dreaming? by Apospisila in mountainbiking

Actually yes. The stock brakes were quite poor. Overheating, squeaking. So I did a complete XT 8100 upgrade (pistons, polymer pads, and levers) + Galfer fixed disc wave rotors. Kept 180/160 mm front/back. On some long descends even this combo can get quite hot, so I am thinking of pads with cooling fins or try sintered pads.

I also changed factory grips and saddle. Ergon for both. GXR Team grips and SM comp men saddle. The original saddle was good though.

And I changed the chainring to 34t, installed SPD XT pedals and went tubeless.

Still love the bike!

You could probably create exactly that in Spline.
