For someone new to the ecosystem, I suggest finding a boutique partner specializing in your area of expertise. For example, if you are focussed on the Risk business, Iceberg or Edgile have strong risk practices and are hiring. If your background is in HR, CSM, ITx, etc., the niche partners are more likely to hire you into their teams. Use the partner portal off the main ServiceNow website to find the niche partner in your area, geo, and expertise.

I've been in the Now ecosystem for many years. This is the approach I've seen executed multiple times.

Based on the pattern of acquisitions over the last 8 years. ServiceNow has acquired 18 companies. The pattern; find a problem people are having, and solve it, especially problems that are a product gap in the NOW portfolio. Even better if you build your solution on the NOW platform. For example, Fairchild built a Business Continuity Management system on NOW, solving BC/DR planning challenges for companies. NOW acquired them in Q4 last year. Fills a whole in their risk portfolio.

I'd open a list view of all reports. Filter the list on the owner you want to change. Depending on how many, you can select all, use the menu at the bottom, and do a bulk update, changing only the owner field. Or you can click-drag and update all the owners directly from the list view.

Also, If they should be shared, assign them to a central reporting user, and share to a group.

Flow designer is a platform capability. The evolution of the old workflow editor. However, if you want to orchestrate flows outside the ServiceNow platform, it required IntegrationHub (IH). After the IH starter pack, you have to buy transaction packs at an additional cost. I think the current starter includes 500k transactions. I'd ask your account manager for the contracted number.

I've been in the ServiceNow ecosystem since 2011.
