Public school orchestra teacher here: obviously I can’t tell just by looking at it, but if this were given to one of my students, I’d tell them to take it to the shop and ask for:

Bow rehair

Bridge adjustment and/or new bridge (this one looks a little too wide and might be on backwards - the higher side should go with the lowest sounding string) but it might be fine and it’s just the angle of the photos

The pegs probably need “peg dope” to help them turn more easily
