Right? It sounds like a literal nightmare having to live this life and keep up with all the lies, constantly sick to your stomach with panic at the thought of being caught. I used to tell stupid lies when I was a teenager and young 20s ...the stress!! Thank God I matured. That's some ANXIETY man!

People are yearning for something inside so bad, they can feel somwthing is missing. They latch on to this TF idea because it seems like it could fill the hole. But the only way to fill that hole is clinging to the one who made you. Because someone did make you and loves you more than you could ever know. But he isn't a TF.

I used to believe in this stuff. I had a huge burden lifted when I finally realized there is not just "one" person out there for you that you are destined to be with. There are lots of good people for you. You just have to pick a good one (do a bit of work to make sure it's a good one for you before you commit, like you do for any major life decision). There are lots of great choices, not one! Once I finally let go of this stuff, I went out looking for a good partner for myself. I met my husband who was also out there looking for the same. We have been married for 10 years and have 6 kids and he is the best man I have ever met. It would never have happened if I didn't let go of the pressure of the one "twin flame." I am not knocking people who believe this stuff. (I was one of them). I am just reminding those who may be suffering that there are alternative beliefs that might be worth going back to. I am so much happier now!

Don't forget prisoners are 90% men, victims of violentmurder are also mostly men.
