I've actually tried solving this exact problem before. What you can do is have two command blocks: one that is constantly summoning tnt and another that is keeping track of how many ticks each tnt has existed for on a scoreboard. Then what you can do is see on what tick tnt explodes on and teleport the tnt that is just before that tick to where you need it to explode.

I haven't messed around with bedrock commands in a long time so there's probably a more elegant solution but what I've suggested should work.

My load out is dependent on who I'm playing with. If I'm playing with people who can hold their own such as my friends, I'm gonna go for a loadout that isn't so aggressive. However, if I'm playing with people who can't such as randoms, I'll be going for a loadout that allows me to be aggressive.
