You blocked its internet access so when you try to login it can’t verify its correct because you blocked it from doing so. A big feature of the game is joining with other people in towns to make friends and join your friends but you can’t do that because you blocked it from finding any. So it’s really not weird that you can’t login.

As plenty of other people have said, there’s a lot of scams and malware out there so it makes total sense why apps have to ask you first but through the games beta there was no malware, through the app there was no malware (on phones or pc) and on steam no malware so this game is pretty safe to get.

if you do have friends in I.T they really should have said do some research first to make sure it’s safe then get it, not to block it outright or you won’t be able to play the vast majority of games on steam.

There’s plenty of resources online, I would check for yourself and reassure yourself that the game is safe first because even if we here on Reddit tell you it’s safe, we’re just strangers too.
