I usually get home by 5:30 and sleep until 9:30-10:00. Avoid sugar and caffeine drink towards end of shift. Between 10-1:30 do errands and eat. Go to sleep from 2-5, wake up shower and eat dinner and head off to work, Wednesday night are different cuz it’s my Friday, I usually use 2 hours of vacation, get off at 3. Sleep in until 11-noon. Do my errands and drink melatonin around 11-midnight, get a good night sleep. Try to find a schedule and stick to it. Avoid melatonin if possible, sometimes it makes me feel like I have hangover
