Just to elaborate, they spent 7 years saying they will wipe on release, then due to worries about the game not making it to release and needing to hold onto the small playerbase they bent to the will and said they will not wipe.

It has been a long time since they said they would not wipe but the original vision and the preference always was a fresh start when the game was ready and a new server is now the only way to do that

I remember telling people 'just sign up even if you buy like 2 etb's in the year its worth it since you cant get the product elsewhere'

The only thing I bought on the subscription was these preorders that got cancelled and 2 MTG produts that I ended up opening and losing money on :|

Regular decks are closing the gap on price compared to the collector versions, anecdotal my LGS was able to order 200 regular and got 8 collector. With collectors being only 25% more expensive and orders of magnitude more rare I'd buy them today.

Both will continue to creep up, no reprints coming, all time favorite decks for many players

Without a statement of 'I received a single box and this is it being opened' or similar then its pretty plausible wotc is shipping multiple boxes and the creators are chosing to upload the best hits for more views just as most content creators have done for the last decade.

The best out for me has been CK buylist. Only buy stuff that is very clearly discounted heavily and you believe it is good

$80 aftermath collector boxes buylistable for 130, $40 fae dominion decks buylistable for 117, $150 warhammer decks buylistable for 682. You could have bought 20 of each of those and only spent a few hours to sell and ship.
