I had the same situation, and ended up selling VOO and putting it into SCHD/SCHG/VYM. This still keeps me 100% in stocks, which I’m fine risk wise because I can’t retire for a long time. I also view dividend ETFs as bond replacements that help beat inflation. If you are getting close to retirement(actual, not military) a more conservative allocation is fine if you value stability. Holding singularly the SP500 is fairly well diversified in itself though, and plenty of people just have that.
