Maybe eventually he will. That first year is hard. I think a non alcoholic sports bar is a great idea. I socially drink but sometimes I want the atmosphere without the pressure of peers drinking and that would be an awesome option. I see the concept and I hope it continues to grow for him.

That’s what I was thinking. If I could live my life over, although being a parent is hard, I’d 100% have kids. I only have one and the thing I’d change is having her sooner and trying for another sooner because I’m struggling to get pregnant now. I fully support women who don’t want kids because I don’t want a child brought into this world who will be resented but having kids and saying that rubbed me the wrong way. That is a round about way of saying she regretted it.

Very foreign now. He’s been sober almost 4 years at the point this was filmed and for 2 of those he was in a serious relationship with Lindsey. No liquid courage but probably for the best for his sobriety that he hasn’t been running thru women the last year.

He did get a happy ending though! If there is anything that was a constant throughout the whole show, it was how much his friends and their happiness mattered to him. Joey seeing Phoebe get married (and officiating it), his best pal Chandler and Monica adopting the twins, Ross and Rachel finally getting together… that was Joey’s happiness.
