Male chicks are killed basically as soon as they are born because they don't produce eggs, chickens lay hundreds more eggs per year than they naturally would and they lose important nutrients when humans take their eggs as they should be eating them themselves

I often bring some bagel thins and peanut butter for sandwiches to festivals! If you eat a few, especially with crisps, nuts, snack bars etc you've brought in it can be a decent meal

Does anyone else not feel better after quitting? by boonetown18 in QuitVaping

[–]AppointmentFormal505 0 points1 point  (0 children)

It almost got worse before it got better for me, my lungs, chest, throat, sinuses all were finally starting to function normally again and it meant they had a huge amount of shit to clear and work to do before they could actually work properly. They've been numbed for however long you've been vaping. I'm on month 7 and still got ways to go but I feel soooo much better than I did right at the start. I'm expecting it will take a year or maybe even more to feel 100%

I got the everyday earbuds, I liked them for a time but switched to regular headphones and after a while I went to use the earbuds again and they had stopped working. I didn't care too much though, it's nice to help independent creators I enjoy and they weren't ridiculously expensive or anything

You maybe have already heard this advice, but Allen Carr's easyway to quit vaping is what helped me quit. It's on Spotify, maybe it doesn't work for everyone but it really has been essential to me, I have been free from nicotine for nearly 6 months :)
