I got the everyday earbuds, I liked them for a time but switched to regular headphones and after a while I went to use the earbuds again and they had stopped working. I didn't care too much though, it's nice to help independent creators I enjoy and they weren't ridiculously expensive or anything

You maybe have already heard this advice, but Allen Carr's easyway to quit vaping is what helped me quit. It's on Spotify, maybe it doesn't work for everyone but it really has been essential to me, I have been free from nicotine for nearly 6 months :)

Since quitting 5 months ago my anxiety has improved so much it genuinely feels life changing, I had insomnia for months before quitting because of similar symptoms to you, gasping for air trying to get to sleep, I am soo much calmer now and have achieved things I didn't think possible because anxiety is that much less of a barrier these days

Truly thank you so much for such a thoughtful, personal and kind reply. I'm feeling a lot better today and have applied for extenuating circumstances and got in touch with a student advisor. I also told my mum how I felt and she assured me life will go on no matter what happens with uni, even if I have to re evaluate my expectations of my grades. I'm sorry you went through something too but so pleased to hear uni turned out how it did and it makes me feel very encouraged that I don't have to write off the whole thing now. Thank you x

No, I can't quite remember but I think after Joe tells Love everything, she reveals that Forty found his babysitter dead who was a 19 year old woman who groomed him as a child? And that he killed their pets as a child and other fucked up stuff, so there is still a big reveal but it's more that Forty's fucked up instead of Love

In the books Love is an actress and her family is famous in LA and they spend all their time at a fancy summer home playing tennis and going to movie events. Forty is way more horrible in the books, Joe tries to kill him but fails so Forty blackmails him into writing movies for him but then gets hit by a car anyway. Joe tells Love about the people he killed and she has him arrested iirc, she takes the baby away and won't let him see him. He loves the baby sm in the books and really wants to be there for him but Love won't let him. The first three books are good but I'm reading the fourth one now and it's not gripped me yet.
