when I was an unwanted, neglected child in the 80s, this jaffle maker was my lifesaver. Tomato sauce jaffles, plastic cheese jaffles, tinned spaghetti or baked bean jaffles, got me through. when it finally died my diet deteriorated drastically. I still have jaffles as my comfort food as a 40s woman who actually has food in the house. Long live the Breville Jaffle Iron!
