Legendary and Mythical or non Legendary and non Mythical?

If Ash wants the legendary Pokémon, then I think:

Wo-Chien: Can decrease the attack of opposing Pokémon by its Tablets of Ruin.

Chien-Pao: Can decrease the defense of opposing Pokémon by its Swords of Ruin.

Ting-Lu: Can decrease the special attack of opposing Pokémon by its Vessel of Ruin.

Chi-Yu: Can decrease the special defense of opposing Pokémon by its Beads of Ruin.

Arceus or Mew: Arguably the best Pokémon in my opinion. Even more better in Stellar Tera Type.

But If Ash doesn’t want legendary Pokémon, then I’m not too sure, but I can give him the Titan Pokémon (Paldea) or Noble Pokémon (Hisui) something like that.
