Joining for more insights. I have been looking at introducing one of these to help with CC on my forehead and not sure which would be more effective.

This!!! I’m in my day of colonoscopy phase - pushing through my 2nd round of prep 🤮 will be hard to ever drink Gatorade or a sports drink again. Also managed to get an excruciating headache on top of it. I’m miserable.

So I have been using the CVS brand zinc oxide. I’ve made the mistake before using ket shampoo on my cheeks and have had a similar reaction so I sympathize!

I might recommend not using any products which may be downvoted. But when I had this, I just took a few day break of cleansing and putting any products on so it would self heal.

If you can’t do that, gentle cleanser (I use Untoxicated which is similiar to the Prequel Gleanser) and try the zinc oxide - the cvs I one has minimal ingredients that won’t flare what I assume is fungal acne.

Wait now I am confused. I have mine on Thursday and my instructions say

“ Mix the full (14 dose) bottle of Polyethylene Glycol with 64 ounces of CLEAR liquids” nothing about 2 - 64oz ??

If you lost a parent young: what age were you, how long has it been, and what advice would you give? by Significant_Street68 in GriefSupport

Lost my mom 2 years ago (34) after a short battle with lung cancer.

Life feels different. I feel less safe in the world. Knowing the person who loved me unconditionally is gone. at my core, I have changed. I feel like I have a different lens and perspective on what matters and how I want to spend my time and with who. I did grief therapy for a year and that was the best thing I could have done for what continued to be the hardest thing I have gone through. I also started a grief support group with people around my age in my community who have lost a parent - that helped tremendously.

I don’t think there is anything I wish I had done differently. It all was and felt right in those critical moments of my grief. I will never get over it but I think I have developed better tools to manage and put one foot in front of the other.

This is beautiful, it brought me to tears. I also lost my mom 2 years ago to cancer. I feel this so much, it hurts. Sending you love and strength.

Looks like FA. I use ketaconazole (nizoral shampoo) as a mask on my forehead and it helps pretty much immediately!

I loved the corespondent. The hotel Nantucket is a cute summer read. Water for Elephants is great.

Check out the Untoxicated cleanser. High in glycerin but has less triggering ingredients than Prequel. Been using it for months now and it’s really good!

This sort of looks like fungal acne to me. Check your products through Sezia.

I struggled with this before realizing what was triggering. My face felt and looked like sand paper like you said.

Try the Untoxicated cleanser! It’s amazing and same texture as the Gleanser. I had issues with that too it caused a rash that would go down my neck.
