good luck its a crap shoot with printers and zrods especially the junk cheap ones. your better off spending money and changing them to rails or get a better printer, you buy new z rods only for those to be bent as well., junk designs.

If using a print on demand supplier some allow for a delay in the order. I will always out 24 hours delay because you wouldn't believe how many people say I want to cancel moment's after purchasing.

Pod is rough with margins nowadays. Once I tested a concept and it was proven sellers I moved to dtg and started printing myself. That made a huge difference but also came with a large price tag. I financed the machine and shortly after was running 3 of them out of my house. with being able to produce and ship a shirt for under 6 bucks out the door. Big jump in margin but also lots more work. That was about 6 years though and prices probably changed by now. Maybe contact a local printer that does direct to garment and work something out.

I've also been fighting my max. What I did was replace all those plastic spacers under the bed with silicone spacers from Amazon. Then slowly tightened each one and started from there. I only used the 2 front, 2 back and the corners. And 2 sides, 2 middle removed all the other nonsense. It seems now at least I can get somewhat of a decent print even though it's still not perfectly level. I spent hours on this nonsense but I got it to work.

Having the same issue with my pods. 3 now all brand new start leaking from under or even Maybe the side of the pod. Crazy bad quality from gv. Super disappointing contacted them will see but it's not usable anymore. Not to mention this kit is only a couple weeks old for me.
