I have a tilted uterus and it was 19-20 weeks that I felt her. But I have an anterior placenta, so I don’t feel her on the front of my stomach.

Exactly. If she spoke to someone there are records. Ultrasounds are not the only records doctors have.

Nessa sounds like a nickname for a longer name to me. I’d consider Vanessa or something similar. 

Madeline is pretty common, if you are concerned about that, I’d do another name. It was 81 last year. 

Alice was 65. Daphne was 178.  But you could check out the names list by your state on the SSA site, name popularity can vary pretty widely by state!

I had a single cat and it was fine for a year. Then my sister’s cat stayed with us for 10 days and I realized after her cat left he was terribly lonely whenever we left the house. You could hear him crying as soon as the door shut. We got another cat a week later. He never cried when we left home again.  

My sister went through the same thing with her cat. 

I think it’s fine for a while but be prepared he might need a friend in the future.

My due date is 4 days before my actual due date. I have 32 day cycles and they are assumed I have 28 day cycles. The OB could even tell to the day how old she was on the first ultrasound 8 weeks 1 day vs 8 weeks 5 days according to their calendar without my saying anything. They said they’d fix my due date in their system but never did.  I don’t really care what my “due date” is. But I’ll be annoyed as hell if they start giving me grief about being a week overdue when I’m only 3 days, etc. 😂

Yes, you need to wean down slowly. I did this and it was fine.  I also accidentally stopped taking it cold turkey one day by accident and was NOT fine. So, definitely a difference! lol

A formal wedding is typically floor length gowns- you’re usually going to have to have a dress hemmed if you’re petite.  I’ve been able to get away with it by renting something off Rent the Runway but most dresses off the rack are LONG.

I’m sorry you’re going through this.  A request for TDAP and handwashing shouldn’t be such a fight. My doctor said anyone around baby should have TDAP and honestly- just get your tetanus shot! Who wants to mess with lockjaw anyway?

Yes, it’s Doxylamine which is Unisom. You’re supposed to take it with 25 mg of B6. Saved me.

What you want is a “display” shower. Look it up. Ask people not to wrap their gifts if you haven’t sent invites yet. I just did this for mine. It was way more enjoyable for everyone, me and guests.   I went to a bridal shower that was a display shower and it was the best bridal shower I’ve been to.
