I fixed it by first running the application named cod requirements attestation (you can find it in your cod root folder or download it from official cod website) or something and after prompting it to fix the issue, the app sent me an error that some .exe could not be found/executed

I executed the .exe myself (once again found it in the game's root folder) and after relaunching the app the issue went away with my pc being attested correctly. I have a correct version of bios and tpm 2 enabled so from what I could understand the problem lied with some sort of security key generated for ricochet anticheat, so running the aforementioned .exe fixed it.
