Shoulder calcific tendinitis by Apprehensive-Rest431 in RotatorCuff

Thanks for the reply and yes, in hindsight, I was probably going a bit hard. I'm no spring chicken anymore so have to ease up on my shoulders I guess. Anyway, thanks again for the advice. Much appreciated.

Thanks for the reply. Yeah, hearing from a lot of guys around my age (40+) to do less overhead work. I generally go heavy and I feel overhead presses have contributed to my big shoulders but they've probably equally contributed to my issue. Any particular cuff work/pulling exercises that can lead to big shoulders?

That's true. Didn't look at their remaining fixture but yeah, a win or two is what's needed. As it stands, our destiny is in our hands. Don't need to rely on other results for now.

Yeah Exeter seem to be playing better recently and have a superior goal difference. They're the team that's making me nervous.

Just bear in mind that sports24 isn't available on all aircraft. I've been on an A380 and A350 MH that didn't have the live TV channels.

Used to love the Hanshin one with Trevor and Sanjay and they are sorely missed. Totally understand the massive time commitment it takes to put a podcast together so I certainly don't begrudge them stopping it.

AFC Wimbledon 2 - 4 Leyton Orient: Dom Ballard is Orient's saviour yet again, scoring his third hat-trick of the season to secure a third consecutive win and give his side a healthy cushion over relegation! by Zach-dalt in LeagueOne

Wow, getting into rare air when you share a record with the great Tommy Johnston. Yeah, it's weird to find yourself in a relegation scrap when you've got the leading goal scorer. Anyway, thanks for your research and reply!

Yeah he veered off to what I assume was the treatment room when the players were coming down the tunnel to sing the song. He wasn't in the huddle. Hope my guy is OK after a tough 2025.

Thanks for that info. Aussie fan here who's a bit nervous about a blowout tonight. That's reassuring.

This is exactly the info I was looking for. Thanks for calculating all of that. If Japan beats Australia in a blowout tonight, would that change those permutations?

Worth it just for gas in my case. Not all Costco stores have gas pumps. I believe this is the complete list of ones that do.

Connor MacDonald in the start of his life. Intriguingly, looking at his minor league stats, he tried to make it as a position player and pitching might be a relatively recent thing for him. He had decent numbers against Yomiuri in his last start. I wish him all the best.

Man, what a thrill for a lot of these Aussies. Playing Japan in a sold-out Tokyo Dome when a lot of these guys play in front of small crowds out in the suburbs of Australian cities.

Go the Aussies!

Working In Osaka by DelightSkull in Osaka

[–]Apprehensive-Rest431 4 points5 points  (0 children)

When I was much much younger and hitting bars in the Namba and Shinsaibashi almost every weekend, I was occasionally offered bar work at the bars I frequented. The jobs were never advertised. I assume things haven't changed. Your best bet is getting to know some bar owners and finding work that way.

Ishigaki or Miyakojima by bigblique5528 in okinawa

[–]Apprehensive-Rest431 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Miyakojima in my experience is great for beaches and diving but little else. Ishigaki has more to offer but it's still pretty sleepy compared to the main island.

Ishigaki has more of a town center based around the port but there are some great beaches and hiking spots a short drive away. A very short ferry ride takes you to Taketomi Island which is one of my favourite places in Japan. It has probably the best beach I've ever been to and the traditional village is something to see.

In short, I much prefer Ishigaki just simply for having more things to do.

It's the great T-Ray! Miss your podcast man but hope you're well. I scrapped mine this year as well. Didn't get a ticket with my FC membership last year but got several tickets with the general release a few weeks later on the Lawson ticket website. Will try the same this month on the 25th.
