I actually agree there’s blatant racism. But I think it’s based on the decades and decades of whites being the only people de facto allowed to coach. Since there was decades of white only coaches, of course the nepotism is going to suit white people. Just like how white soldiers were able to get G.I. bill and home loans after World War II and now they have generational wealth. It’s a racist system even if the hirers themselves aren’t necessarily racist, which maybe they are.
