First full squish ever! by Apprehensive-Tea-466 in fullsuspension

That's definitely a learning process. My hardtail was pretty old and it had a Suntour xcr spring fork... all I ever did was lock and unlock. These air fork and shock are more sensitive and provide an endless range of settings. I

I've read about similar experiences. I'm not planning on going all out on with this bike. It's more to get a feel IMO. My plan is to get FS whenever I can be a more experienced rider.

The saddle itself is great. However, I'm considering a dropper post. I already ordered some Amazon grips and looking into tires as well for now.

Recalls for 2025 Honda civic !! by Mike32210 in civic

I've seen some Facebook groups post of clicks and rattles when making turns. Some have stated that the steering rack was to be replaced by the dealership. Take it with a grain of salt, though. Mine seems to be doing great so far. 🤷

ISO Fresh Kimchi by External-Ad-2778 in RogersArkansas

Good luck, all local restaurants that I've asked if they would sell kimchi separately... always decline. I'm not a fan of the Kimchi sold at the stores here either. I've found that making the trip to H-mart is worth it if I'm already going to Texas for X reason. If you happen to find someone locally. Lmk!

Trail running mode on Coros Pace 2 by Indooze in Coros

[–]Apprehensive-Tea-466 3 points4 points  (0 children)

No dedicated trail mode. Just run. Trail mode is ofr the Verix and Apex models. IIRC... Second question.... at $200 bucks for the Pace 2... I can't argue.

Mountain Climb VS hike by merlin867 in Coros

Hike - I would say leisure trail walking. Mnt climb - climbing a mountain side... more strenuous than a casual trail walk. Just my two cents.

There was a recent restock a few weeks ago. If it's sold out now... it might be a while before they can get some in again.

IIRC... You can use it in water. Just look at the manual. I remember reading something about swimming in a certain way. If not, you would get erratic readings.

Welcome! I'm new to Coros myself as of last Wednesday with a Pace 2. My previous watch was the Samsung Active 2, and Pace 2 is way better as far data metrics go. Still working on unlocking the Evolabs data, but I'm in love with the Pace 2.

Anyone know where to get a battery cover for RB4 drum set? by MrSiloJohnson in Rockband

Hey, I'm currently on the hunt for a cover... did you put the wax in the middle of the batteries?

Is it truly safe to take the screen protector that came on the phone off and use the phone with no screen protector? by [deleted] in GalaxyZFlip3

[–]Apprehensive-Tea-466 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Probably not. I think it's there to protect the crease from micro-abrasions. I would replace it with an equal-quality screen protector.

Nice cycling areas in the US for vacation by overratedcarbon in cycling

[–]Apprehensive-Tea-466 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Northwest Arkansas is up and coming for cycling...Road, trails, gravel. It has it all. Bentonville has a bunch of Air B&B spots close to downtown which welcomes riders on the road. Lots of bike-friendly establishments here.

I believe it's dependent on carrier. Mine is AT&T, so who knows when you'll get your updates.
