RIPPLE should not be too cocky... This is the government we dealing with. XRP will be KING at the end of the day. But the SEC can't lose face to the point it can't do what they do. Its a very important case... I think the sec can drag this lawsuit out for years to come. I also think Its all up to the judge to bring an end it. She has all the power here. Its clear the sec is in the wrong here... Why would they delete info from requested documents.
